ORDERS

How I can make sure I made my purchase?​

Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you do not receive it, check the spam folder of your email in case it has reached you there. If you can’t find it either, write to us at hello@bodevi.com and we will solve it.

I have entered my shipping address wrong, what can I do?​

Write to us as soon as possible at hello@bodevi.com and if it has not yet left our warehouses we can modify it.

What are the delivery options for my order?

We offer the option of click & collect (free of charge) and home deliveries.

Orders can be collected once the confirmation e-mail has been received.

SHIPMENTS

How much time will the order last?

All our shipments to the peninsula take between 24 and 72 hours (deliveries from Monday to Friday on working days).

How much is shipping worth?

The price per shipment is 6,00€.

Where are the orders shipped?

We send orders to the entire Spanish mainland except Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Baleares. If you live in another territory please write to us at hello@bodevi.com, and we will evaluate the shipment.

How can I check the status of my order?

When the order is prepared and ready to leave our logistic center you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Our logistics operator will send you an informative SMS/e-mail before your order is delivered. In the e-mail you will also have a link where you can track the status of your order until it is delivered. 

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it during shopping cart check out. You will find “COUPON CODE”, enter your code and click on the “Apply Coupon” button. If it is valid, the discount will be applied, and it will appear before the total to be paid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days from the reception of the order. Remember that the product must be closed, must not have alterations and must have the original packaging.

I have received a defective product, what do I do?

First of all, we are very sorry! Write to us at hello@bodevi.com with the order number and tell us the defect. We will contact you to inform you the date on which a courier will come to collect the product.

Will the full amount of my order be refunded?

Yes, you will be reimbursed the amount of the order except the costs of collecting the product. In the case of a defective product, the order will be fully refunded.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will process your return as soon as we receive it. Refunds can take up to 14 days. If you think it is taking too long, write to us at hello@bodevi.com.

Do you need an invoice for your order?

Write to us at hello@bodevi.com with your name and surname, order number, tax information (company name, NIF and tax address), and we will send you your invoice as soon as possible.
