Wine from Xarel.lo vineyard that is over 75 years old, with very low production and a oak barrel fermentation process. This wine is an homage to Eudald’s father and grandfather of hjis children, from whom it gets its name.
Grape variety: the grape comes from vines of very little production of vineyards planted in 1945.
Terroir: own organic viticulture vineyards located in Subirats. The grapes are picked from 75 year old vines with a very limited production.

Vinification | Macerated at 5º C for 38-45 hours. Fermentation takes place in chestnut Oak barrels. Aged for 3 months with its own lees where the battonage takes place. |
Tasting note | Pale gold with hints of sparkle. Floral aromas in the nose (almond flower) combine with ripe fruit (pineapple, quince) and the aromas from the barrel (toast, vanilla, coffee). A well balanced wine with body and glyceric, unctuous though at the same time crisp. Tropical notes. |
Food pairing | Cheese , foie, canapés, seafood paella, cod with peas and artichokes, and white meats. |
