Harvested at sunrise by varieties, pressing and spontaneous decantation in underground tanks. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and bacteria. Aged 4 months with the lees in underground tanks. Traditional method, bottled during April 2018. Rearing: More than 15 months with the lees in the bottle.
Perfect combination of the profile of a young cava (vivacious and fruity) with the aging notes (bakery and fine bubble). Without sugar added (Brut Nature).
