Vinification | Fermentation at low temperatures 15 ºC in order to preserve all the possible aromas of the fruit. |
Tasting note | Bright straw colour with some hints of green. A flowery aroma provides a very intense sensation of freshness. Round fresh and well balanced in the mouth. Long aftertaste. |
Food pairing | Hake with prawns, fresh egg pasta with a creamy sauce (butter, cream and parmesan cheese) pasta with seafood sauce accompanied by squid or cuttlefish, grilled Rabbit, and cordon blue. |
