Harvested on Septemer 19th, 2019, immediate pressing, and spontaneous decantation in underground tanks. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and bacteria. Aged 5 months with the lees in underground tanks.
Young wine with a lot of aromatic intensity. Silky in mouth, fills all the buds without greediness and with the perfect persistence.
Very good with pasta or rice
