Mountain wine. Tradition and character of the Empordà’s red grenache. Legumes and stews, grilled and roasted red meats. Chocolate and cocoa desserts. Fresh, gourmand, fruity.
Manual harvest in boxes. Vinification in black, controlled fermentation at 25ºC, for fifteen days of maceration.
Purple wine with fuchsia rivet, medium layer.
Very intense aroma of red fruit in which we would emphasize the black plum and the green fig. With a lot of freshness that reminds us slightly of the carved grass and some citrus.
In the mouth, this freshness of young wine continues, but at the same time, it is sweet tooth with fruit tastes, such as blackberry.
It has a pleasant passage through the mouth with a good persistence.
Very versatile. Salads, paellas and rice dishes. All kinds of pasta. Red and white meats. It can be taken cold in summer.
