Ecological black garnache wine certified with vineyards of 25–45 years in La Figuera at 550 m altitude and with a clay and limestone
Manually harvesting, of vineyards of its own and ecological, trenching separating spontaneous rap and fermentation with indigenous yeasts controlling temperature (from 20–24 degrees always). 6-week furs and once pressed rest in inox tank before passing through the French oak tree, already used, for 12 months. Add some sulfites to fermentation and before we bottle. As tag 55 mg/l says.
Powerful and original wine with thick notes, jams and pansified fruit. A La Figuera classic with an original touch.
With all kinds of meats, especially red, stewed and roasted.
