Description of the activity:

- Discover Gritelles winery and learn about the winemaking process.
- Visit the vineyards located in the valley that forms the Montsant mountain range and the Les Gritelles mountain range.
- Learn how the grapes ripen at an altitude of between 450 and 600 meters, with a strong contrast of temperatures between day and night, in soils of slate, clay and pebbles.
The activity includes:

- Taste 4 wines, one of which is being made, from the local varieties and characteristics of the Priorat.
- Understand how climate, soil, microorganisms and grapes combine to produce an ancient drink.
Location: Cornudella de Montsant (Montsant).
Duration: Approximately 1,5h
Visiting hours: Monday to Sunday from 10 to 1 pm and from 5 to 7 pm. Reservation in advance.
